There’s nothing better than a good Hollywood gossip story to accompany your Sunday evening (not…). And for some reason the web has become fascinated with the Amanda Bynes story.

As you may, or may not, know – Amanda Bynes is a 24 year old actress with the entire world literally at her feet and very bright future ahead of her in acting.

However, Amanda Bynes has announced via her Twitter profile that she is that she’s quit acting to pursue other endeavors.

“I’ve never written the movies & tv shows I’ve been a part of,” the 24-year-old former actress writes.

“I’ve only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play. Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. If I don’t love something anymore I stop doing it. I don’t love acting anymore so I’ve stopped doing it.”

So along with the Amanda Bynes announcement of retiring at the age of 24 years old, the web has exploded with rumors that Amanda Bynes has recently had plastic surgery.

I couldn’t really find anything substantial on this other than some pictures that might be a before and after representation of Amanda Bynes.

Her father is Catholic and her mother is Jewish; Bynes has described herself as Jewish, and has also stated "I haven't decided yet [on a religion]. I don't know yet exactly what I believe". In 1993, Bynes attended a comedy camp, with guest-instructors including Arsenio Hall and Richard Pryor, and began professionally acting at the age of seven, appearing in a television advertisement for Buncha Crunch candies. During her childhood, she also appeared on stage in versions of Annie, The Secret Garden, The Music Man and The Sound of Music. After taking acting classes, Bynes became a regular cast member of Nickelodeon's Figure It Out and All That (both in 1996). Bynes remained a regular cast member on All That until its presumed cancellation in 2000, though she appeared in the sketches since shooting and preparing as the star of her own sketch show The Amanda Show, also on Nickelodeon.

WWDC 2011 Scene: iCloud Icon Everywhere

Apple is busy decorating Moscone Center in San Francisco to welcome its 2011 Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC 2011).

From the paintings on the wall we can figure out the main theme of WWDC 2011 are: Mac OS X Lion, iOS 5, iCloud.

The iCloud icons everywhere obviously show Apple attaches real importance to iCloud this time.

Will the iPhone 5 show up next week together with the annoucement with iOS 5? Athough rumors said iPhone 4S will attend WWDC 2011 on June 6, will it be true?

Lady Gaga's New Album "Born This Way" Breaks 1 Million in First Week

Who will be the next Madonna? Don’t look around; it will surely be Lady Gaga! Not surprisingly, Lady Gaga’s now album “Born This Way” tops Billboard after its release last week and its sales breaks 1,108,000 copies at 99 cents at Amazon in the first week! The figure marked the best first-week album sales since 50 Cent's “The Massacre” sold 1,141,000 copies in 2005.

This marks the best sale accomplishment of Nielsen since 1991 among the 17 album which sells 1 million in first week. Furthermore, 1.1 million is also the highest since 2005.

“Clearly customers are really excited for Lady Gaga's new album -- we saw extraordinary response to Monday's promotion -- far above what we expected -- she definitely melted some servers,” Craig Pape, director of music for Amazon, said in a statement.

Amazon also provides 20Gs of storage Amazon’s Cloud Drive for those who purchase the album, so customers can store and playback the music in the web and on Google Android phones and tablets like Samsung Galaxy S or Motorola Xoom.
